  • Email: If you choose to bind an email, we collect it for account recovery.
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store credit card details. Paddle may share your email and transaction ID with us.
  • Usage Data: We collect basic logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the Service.
  • User Content: Images you upload for canvas rooms.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Service.
  • Process payments and grant virtual goods.
  • Communicate with you about your account or purchases.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information with:

  • Paddle: as our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
  • Supabase: as our database and authentication provider.
  • Cloudflare: as our hosting and CDN provider.
  • Sightengine / Cloudinary: for image moderation.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use localStorage to store your anonymous ID. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
